Guess who is back again! Join us for LIFE Conference 2025 in Indianapolis, Indiana! The long-awaited return of LIFE is here and we are excited to be taking a group of Students with us. Here is everything that you need to know:

When and where is LIFE Conference?

• July 4-9, 2025 at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis, Indiana.

What is LIFE Conference?

• LIFE is the biggest event in youth ministry… maybe ever! Every 3 years all the youth groups associated with the Christian and Missionary Alliance meet for one big conference. Students at the conference will get to hear the gospel clearly, learn about God, and experience how different parts of the body of Christ work together all while having a blast and hanging out with each other and new like-minded people. Just imagine 6,000 High School students gathered together to worship Jesus… chills!

Who can go to LIFE?

• Any student who was in High School (9th through 12th grade) during the 2024-2025 school year may attend the conference.

How are we getting there?

• We will be taking a charter bus from ACV to the convention center.
• We’re picking up the Menomonie Alliance Youth Group on the way to keep costs lower for both groups.

How much does it cost to attend and do I have to pay for it out of pocket?

• There are 2 waves of registration, these include early bird and regular rates. Early Bird takes place from July 28th to October 23rd and will cost between $1,135 to $1,285 depending on the amount of students who register. Regular rates take place from October 24th to November 20th and will cost between $1,200 to $1,350 depending on the amount of students who register.
• Students will support raise to cover the cost of LIFE Conference.
• Students will have to pay out of pocket whatever they are not able to support raise.
• A 10% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration to get some skin in the game and show an intention of support raising the cost of LIFE. This 10% deposit counts towards your total, meaning you have to raise 90% of the total cost.
• This price includes lunch and dinner while at the conference, students will be responsible for bringing money for meals during transportation to and from. More details on this to come.
• If you decide you no longer want to or can't come after November 20th, 2024 you will still be responsible for paying the entire amount due for LIFE Conference to Alliance Church of the Valley.

Support Raising

• Students may raise support for LIFE Conference in any number of ways both individually and as a group. Students will be required to write support letters to send out to friends and family. In addition to that they are welcome to mow lawns, shovel driveways, ask their grandparents for a donation, etc. 
• We will also have a couple of large events held to raise support as a group
• If you raise more than the amount it costs to attend LIFE then the surplus will be used to help cover the expenses of leaders or others who were not able to meet their goal. The money will not be returned to you or used for any “extra” expenses you may have while at LIFE.
• If you are unable to raise the full amount required to go to Life then you will have to cover the difference. This means if it costs $1,135 for you to go and you are only able to raise $817 then you will have to pay the remaining $318 out of your own pocket.
• Once you register reach out to Pastor Glen and he will help you get started on your support-raising journey.

• Please fill them out on your computer. Or print them, fill them out, and scan them back to the computer. Pictures are not sufficient, they need to be the pdf file edited on your computer or a scanned document.
• Please submit them electronically on the registration. We do not want physical copies turned in.
